The CS Performance Package is a space saving, multifunctional workout station that replaces bulky, expensive workout equipment. It includes the educational training for the Crossover Symmetry rotator cuff and scapular strengthening system, displayed on an aluminum workout chart and detailed in two DVDs and a full color training booklet.
